We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded international law firm, seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality employment law matters, advising both national and international clients.

The Role:
Advise clients on a range of employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and compliance.
Provide strategic advice on employment disputes, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and redundancy.
Support clients with workplace investigations, mediation, and tribunal representation.
Draft and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, and HR policies.
Stay ahead of employment law developments, advising on regulatory changes and industry trends.
The Person:
3-6 years’ PQE in employment law, ideally from a leading firm.
Strong technical knowledge of Irish employment legislation and case law.
Commercially focused with excellent client advisory skills.
Proven ability to manage complex matters and work within a high-performing team.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
