Job Description:
The Client and Overview of the Role
You will be working with Local Authorities, Government Departments, Private Individuals and Companies on various projects including residential, civil infrastructure, commercial, cultural, industrial and educational construction works.
While our offices are based in South County Dublin, we offer a flexible working arrangement allowing you to work from home, hybrid or full-time in the office.
This means that we are open to receiving interest from any area of Ireland.

* Cost control
* Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
* Cost management
* Cost planning
* Reporting

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Construction Economics
* 7+ years as Quantity Surveyor within either a Contracting or Consultancy environment
* Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
* Knowledge of Cost Planning
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills
* Attention to detail
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Proficiency in relevant software such as Excel, Cost X, or relevant Quantity Surveying software
