Red Chair Recruitment is recruiting a Conferencing and Banqueting Manager for a 4* hotel in Killarney, County Kerry.
Your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage a team for all events, including weddings, banqueting, and conferences. You will ensure the smooth running of these events by training staff to a high level of service.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in Conference & Banqueting in 4*/5* hotel environments are essential for this role.
* Experience managing and overseeing large weddings, conferences, and functions while maintaining the highest standard of service.
* Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills are required.
* You will work closely with the Sales & Events team on all aspects of conference and banqueting.
* You will oversee the smooth operation of all weddings, functions, and conferences in the hotel.
* You will liaise with the Executive Chef/Head Chef and the kitchen team prior to and during events to ensure that any specific requests are met.
