The Line Manager Role
We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring leader who will have responsibility for supporting and leading a department and team of people to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for
* Creating an engaging and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers
* Leading by example and setting high standards for the team
* Ensuring the team is fully trained and equipped to meet customer needs
* Driving a culture of open communication and trust among colleagues
* Coaching and developing colleagues to achieve their full potential
* Identifying and implementing improvements to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Managing stock control and warehouse operations efficiently
* Recruiting and retaining top talent for the team
* Understanding and delivering on cleaning specifications and store maintenance
* Root causing any operational issues and implementing corrective actions
* Managing front-end operations to minimize customer queues and optimize sales
* Recognizing and rewarding great service from colleagues
You will need
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of:
* Delivering results-driven initiatives that benefit customers and colleagues
* Being adaptable and agile in a fast-paced retail environment
* Shaping and influencing at the most senior level to drive business outcomes
* Previous retail experience preferred in a similar leadership role
