Hotel Talent is a seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Manager to lead the team at a premier adult-only destination spa, dedicated to providing a luxurious and rejuvenating experience.
Job Summary: In this role, you will oversee spa operations, ensure the highest standards of treatments and customer service, and support the professional development of our therapists.
You will be responsible for maintaining the spas reputation for excellence while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
This role requires a strong leader with managerial experience in a hospitality environment.
CIDESCO qualification is an advantage but not essential.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Maximise bookings and drive sales in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team.
Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Provide training and ongoing development to ensure the highest standards of service.
Work closely with the Financial Controller to manage revenue and control costs effectively.
Qualifications: Proven managerial experience.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
A natural leader with strong communication and team-building skills.
Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
Experience with operations, including sales, marketing, and financial management.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
