Job Title: Customer Account Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Account Specialist.
Summary:
* Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing Cash Star B2B clients in the Irish market.
* Address client enquiries, ensure their satisfaction, and support bulk purchases of gift cards.
Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services. You will also identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive account growth.
You will utilize a CRM tool to manage client interactions and track account activities, monitor the Cash Star platform, and assist clients with account-related queries and issues.
Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure seamless service delivery and client support. You will set and achieve individual objectives, reviewing performance regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
2. Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive account growth.
3. Utilize a CRM tool to manage client interactions and track account activities.
4. Monitor the Cash Star platform and assist clients with account-related queries and issues.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
6. Set and achieve individual objectives, reviewing performance regularly.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online search engines.
* Confident communicator with customers and internal stakeholders, both via telephone and email.
* Demonstrated experience in account management and some sales or a similar role, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure.
