The Role
You'll join our Strategy Consulting Advisory Center of Excellence, supporting Project Leads as a PMO Analyst.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, tracking project/program status, monitoring project activities, and evaluating overall project success.
As a trusted advisor, you'll deploy solution design support for small to medium-sized talent acquisition diagnostic, strategic transformation, and implementation projects.
For complex or transformative programs, you'll work with Senior Consultants, Senior Managers, Project Managers, and workstream leads on specific activities and deliverables.
You'll provide market knowledge, gather and analyze data on current states, and support the design, mapping, and writing of future state recommendations and/or solutions.
Key Accountabilities
Delivery
* Manage project plans, RAID logs, weekly status reports, and lessons learned documents.
* Complete projects and tasks within agreed timescales.
Growth
* Identify opportunities for expanded services to support requests beyond the scope of the project.
Relationships
* Maintain positive satisfaction from client and/or partner stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
* Experience in working in a project environment, delivering project/programme co-ordination/administration.
* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft packages, including Project, Power Point, Word, and Excel.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines, supporting multiple projects, deliverables, and activities at any point in time, independently.
