Cpl HR recruitment have super opportunity for a strategic Senior HRBP who has experience in a global organisation for a contract role. Business Partnering for mainly Ireland, this role will also support with global projects on an ad hoc basis while working closely with business leaders and the shared services team.
An ideal candidate will have previous HR Business Partner experience with strength in talent management, succession planning, career development, ED and I, and change management in a large organisation.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
1. Strategically support to shape the business and people agenda
2. Support with fostering a high performance organisation
3. Be a key change management member of the people team
4. Offer the best employment relations advice to management and employees
Skills and experience required:
5. Previous strategic HR experience at a senior level
6. Experience in a corporate or business function would be preferential
7. Global HR exposure
8. Experience in a fast paced environment
9. Strong influencing capabilities is a must
