We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our team in Dublin City. As a key member of our European operations team, you will play a vital role in servicing our European client base.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer care to clients from our European client base.
* Process existing business claims and policy alterations, taking into account market-specific requirements.
* Respond efficiently and timely to customer queries received in writing or by phone.
* Produce high-quality and accurate client documentation in a timely manner.
* Contribute to team and departmental productivity targets, achieving agreed SLAs.
