Role Profile
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! As the TA Specialist, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle as well as managing our early career recruitment. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be part of the broader HR team where you will work closely with our HR Business Partners and Line Managers, supporting all aspects of onsite/internal recruitment.
You will collaborate with internal clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their resourcing requirements, develop and execute appropriate sourcing strategies, and hire and onboard great talent to support our business.
You will have responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle of our Graduate & Intern Recruitment, managing all graduate and intern placement campaigns for Tirlán.
Responsibilities
1. End-to-end ownership of our Early Career Recruitment, working closely with our Talent Development Team
2. Planning and executing Graduate, Internship & Apprentice campaigns (marketing, CV screening, coordinating interviews, attending interviews)
3. Collaborate with hiring managers on role requisition process
4. Manage and maintain candidates through our ATS (Success Factors), including, but not limited to, sourcing, application management, shortlisting, phone screening, scheduling interviews
5. Coordination of open positions on internal career sites and external job boards
6. Scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and hiring managers on logistics and process documentation
7. Conducting selection interviews with hiring managers and providing insightful feedback to support the decision process
8. Ensuring pre-employment recruitment operations are completed in a timely manner: medicals, reference checks, and other pre-employment checks
9. Liaising with our Preferred Supplier Listing of agencies
10. Administering psychometric testing and interpretation of feedback
11. Extending offers and preparation of written contracts of employment and documentation to complete the offer process
12. Provision of feedback to candidates and agencies
13. General recruitment administration & weekly reporting
14. Involvement in recruitment-related ad-hoc projects as required
15. Ability to work cross-functionally with people at all levels of the business
