Job Description
The Site Manager plays a critical role in the success of our construction projects in Ireland, specifically in Roscommon/Creevy. This position is responsible for overseeing the site activities, managing the site team, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the site team, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and quality managers;
* Coordinate and execute all site works, ensuring technical requirements, project execution design, and permits are met;
* Ensure good quality of executed works and establish on-site offices and facilities;
* Report daily to the Project Manager on project site progress and elaborate weekly reports;
* Identify and mitigate risks that could cause delays or additional costs to the project;
* Present return of experience on executed works on site and propose added value alternatives regarding project execution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering;
* Between 2 and 5 years of working experience in a relevant role on construction projects (preferably in the energy sector);
* Good knowledge of project schedules/planning/reporting tools and techniques;
* Fluent in English; other languages would be a plus;
* Knowledge of HSE requirements;
* Available for displacements across Ireland.
