Operational Lead: oversees, monitors, and manages the activities of the onsite/remote support team.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare weekly SLA/KPI Reports/presentations for the weekly management call.
2. Service request management - prepare, build, provision, and decommission the end-user computing device(s) and accessories.
3. Incident management - IT helpdesk consulting, break-fix support.
4. Planned software and hardware upgrade support.
Job Requirements - Relevant Personnel must:
1. Have at least four years of relevant work experience.
2. Have good understanding and communication skills.
3. Have fluent or advanced written and spoken English language competency skills.
4. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments and respect for different cultural backgrounds.
5. Have strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Be responsible and hardworking.
7. Have a college degree or above.
8. Have certifications equivalent to CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and/or ITIL V4.
The role is exclusively onsite with no provision for remote work.
