* Up to €50K plus package DOE
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years site based experience in an admin, site clerk, document control, or BCAR Position in recent times. Will also have vehicle and full clean Irish drivers licence/ live in or near to Cork City.
Duties:
1. BCAR Coordination
2. Assisting engineers / project management / site management team with general paperwork and admin
3. Report production
4. Materials approval and monitoring of certification to meet requirements of the construction products and regulations (CPR)
5. Development of Irish Water compliant and BC(a)R procedures and their implementation on site
6. Interdepartmental liaison – Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, Legal, Accounts and Site Management & Personnel
7. B2B communication with clients, certifiers, builders, engineers, architects, contractors and suppliers
8. Training and mentoring of new staff – induction to company operations – development of existing staff
9. Presentations, reports and progress updates to senior management
10. On site IT support and office management
11. Daily site visits to conduct inspections of ongoing works and to facilitate their full documentation
