The Role Includes:
* Oversee daily financial operations across Irish and International entities.
* Reconcile project budgets in the accounting system, ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
* Managing month-end closings and audits across multiple jurisdictions.
* Mentoring and overseeing a team of two finance administrators.
* Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
* Coordinate and lead the annual audit process for entities in the US, UK and Ireland.
* Prepare sales invoices in accordance with contractual agreements.
* Develop and review capital and financial management oversight policies.
The Ideal Individual
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (1-3 years PQE).
* Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and process optimisation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and assertiveness.
* Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Enjoys hands-on, day-to-day finance tasks.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment and adaptable to change and some ambiguity.
* Analytical and financial modelling skills are desirable though not essential.
* Commitment to accuracy and great attention to detail.
