Role Overview:
You will lead a Talent Delivery pod, predominantly made up of Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists. Alongside your role as a high performer in identifying, interviewing, screening, and presenting high-quality talent within your specialist areas, you will also be responsible for your team's day-to-day management and performance. This will include being a point of contact for resolution and escalations, running Digital Red Zones (Team Meetings), developing your team through structured coaching, role distribution, and being the conduit between the Sales population and Talent team. You will support the office leadership in the broader management of the Talent Delivery team and act as an ambassador to the business, setting the standard for performance and behaviours and being fully accountable to the performance and results of your pod.
Business Insight
1. Stay up to date with market trends and gathering business intelligence.
2. Attend and support client review meetings as appropriate.
3. Utilise tools within the technology stack, such as Connected, LinkedIn, Job boards, CV Libraries, Microsoft Teams, to provide an excellent customer experience and continues to stay up to date with updates within the technology stack.
Directs Work
1. Prioritise agreed qualified requirements from sales to the delivery pod and allocates appropriate resources as required to meet agreed delivery expectations.
2. Act as the key POC with Sales to discuss and agree business qualification of roles being proposed to be worked.
3. Leverage experienced Talent Specialists to support with the onboarding of new Technical Recruiters.
4. Serve as a source of escalations for Technical Recruiters and Talent Specialists: when needed, know when to escalate to TDTL.
Develops Talent
1. Run weekly 1-to-1s, monthly and quarterly performance review meetings, and PDPs to develop a high performing team.
2. Conduct structured 1-to-1 coaching and focused demonstrations to upskill team members as well as supporting the office leadership in upskilling the wider Delivery team.
3. Support team members to build strong relationships internally, with the Sales population to ensure requirements are filled on time and both the client and contractor receive a world-class service.
4. Support team members to build strong relationships with Support partners to understand internal business processes.
Drives Results
1. Lead daily team meetings to drive business forward and ensure delivery outcomes are met.
2. Be responsible for supporting the team’s effectiveness in planning and executing high quality PPC on a weekly basis as well as during Service Days to ensure all contractors receive a consistent and high-quality experience.
3. Maintain a strong network of contractors that can be easily searched to identify potential talent that is qualified and aligned to new requirement openings.
4. Attend leadership meetings to support the office leadership in the running of the office strategy and deliver communications to the wider office.
5. Enrolment into the EMEA Management Development Programme.
6. Ongoing coaching and development from the Professional Development team and your leader.
7. Time to attend webinars to understand market trends and offsite events to upskill yourself on current skillsets.
