The CFO is responsible for the MCAPS Finance function across Africa.Reporting directly to the CFO/ GM of MCAPS Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMA), this role is part of the MCAPS CEMA finance leadership team making key decisions around people, business processes, and business performance.This role is the key business partner for the Africa General Manager (GM) and forms part of the Africa leadership team accountable for delivering Africa-wide business results whilst operating within Microsoft company policies and local laws. You must create a clear financial strategy for the primary countries in Africa that aligns with business goals and drives results consistent with the goal.A key deliverable for the CFO is to build organizational capability with strong succession plans inclusive of diverse talent. To be successful in this role, you must be able to attract, hire, develop, and retain the very best finance talent from the market as well as internally from within Microsoft.
