We are committed to an exciting programme of development and expansion within Choice Services in the Republic of Ireland and we are now seeking to recruit the above role which will play an integral role in driving our agenda of positive change.
Applicants must have:
1. Must be able to demonstrate a level of knowledge and minimum 2 years’ experience in the delivery of KPI focussed contracts.
2. Must be able to demonstrate a level of knowledge and experience in the managing of sub-contractors and statutory cyclic maintenance in a social housing setting.
3. An understanding of the needs of customers or Tenants.
4. Ability to use and develop IT/database management information systems and keep records up to date.
5. Current valid driving licence and access to private transport.
6. Relevant qualification in Property, Facilities, Construction or similar discipline.
7. Evidence of a strong knowledge of financial and cost management.
