Job Description for Professional Services IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
* Escalate issues from Level 1 + 2 + 3 Engineers and manage direct ownership of major incidents.
* Lead on incoming designated projects, including installation of Server hardware, Firewalls, core infrastructure, Wifi, cloud solutions, and Networks.
* Work with the Sales department and Project Manager to develop project plans and deliver projects efficiently and timely.
* Mentor Level 1 + 2 + 3 Engineers and promote a culture of learning and customer service.
* Build and maintain proactive, positive relationships with clients and provide support on software or hardware issues.
Essential Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
* Minimum Experience Required: A Bsc (Hons) in IT education and MCP experience in a similar position.
* Strong technical acumen, great Communication skills, and self-motivation.
* Experience coordinating/implementing and monitoring projects and processes.
* Competency Skills: Flexible/adaptable, tolerant in a changing working environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiencies.
* Languages: English C2-Master (Fluent) spoken and written.
