New HR Business Partner Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner in the Insurance Sector.
This is a standalone role that will focus on developing and implementing the company's talent management programme and internal training initiatives.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Finance and will work from our office in South Dublin, with two days per week spent working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters from employees and managers.
* Support the development and implementation of the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and delivering against its objectives.
* Maintain professional standards in all HR activities, promoting best practice and ensuring compliance with legislation and corporate policies.
* Advise on a range of HR issues across the business, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
* Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including the coordination of training and development programmes.
* Ensure all employee files and records are up-to-date and compliant with legislation.
* Coordinate the global engagement survey and implement actions arising from the results.
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources or related field.
* CIPD certification.
* Excellent knowledge of current Irish legislation.
* Experience in recruitment, talent management, succession planning, and development programmes.
* Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases, with experience of Workday desirable.
