This role will involve overseeing multiple projects, including warehouse upgrades, HVAC installation, and wastewater treatment improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within regulated environments and a keen eye for detail in validation and user requirement specifications (URS).Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Lead and manage engineering projects related to facility upgrades, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Warehouse Upgrade: Oversee improvements and modifications within warehouse areas, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and operational efficiency.HVAC Installation: Manage the design, installation, and commissioning of new HVAC systems to support manufacturing and storage requirements.DAF Unit Wastewater Management: Support the implementation and commissioning of a Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) unit to enhance wastewater treatment capabilities.Manufacturing Plant Refit: Coordinate refit activities in an aging manufacturing plant, ensuring upgrades align with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).Validation & Compliance: Ensure all project elements comply with regulatory requirements by overseeing validation activities, including documentation, testing, and qualification.User Requirement Specifications (URS): Develop and review URS for new systems and modifications, working closely with stakeholders to align with operational needs.Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless execution of projects.Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage change control processes effectively.Key RequirementsDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or related field).Proven experience managing capital projects in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of validation processes, URS development, and regulatory compliance.Experience with HVAC systems, wastewater treatment solutions, and facility upgrades.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Project ManagementIndustriesPharmaceutical Manufacturing
