#The opportunity: Ensuring smooth running of all administrative functions and be first point of contact for all enquiries (telephone, reception, email) Day-to-day management and general maintenance of the office including management of repair, managing relationships with third party suppliers (Security, IT, Telephones, Couriers, Handymen, Caterers, Landlord and Taxis etc.)
Primary responsibility for the development and implementation of the Companys Health & Safety Policy, ensuring that all related obligations are met on a continuous basis Primary responsibility for compliance with ISO attend monthly and quarterly audit meetings, ensure all records are updated, draft reports for sign off by management, carry out any actions necessary to ensure compliance with requirements Manage the tech support for the team Monitoring and update of the internal Annual leave Whos Off system Organise office lunches, Christmas party, away days, annual trip abroad for the team Personal Assistant duties including provision of comprehensive, confidential senior level support to the two Directors, extensive diary management and travel arrangements including overseas travel (hotels, flights, transport etc.)
Client co-ordination and correspondence Project Support for consultancy teams including coordinating face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients and prospective clients as well as a significant number of research interviews for project teams Sourcing and contracting meeting venues for workshops and managing associated logistics Production of workshop/interview notes #The person: The successful candidate will have at least 5 years office management and/or senior PA experience The person will be comfortable working and delivering under pressure in a creative, client-centred environment.
