Job Description
As an Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing organisational delivery and efficiency by providing high level business support underpinning programmes and/or service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage proactively with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with financial and procedural standards.
* Use advanced business information systems to contribute to the management, development and refinement of delivery of services to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of InterTradeIreland's internal and external delivery of projects.
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent third-level qualification OR 3 years experience in an administration role within a business environment.
* 3 years experience in the delivery of business support and administrative duties, financial reporting, customer engagement and correspondence within a business environment.
* Experience of gathering, interpreting and presenting data and information in various formats for reports, papers and/or presentations.
* A high level of IT competency in a business environment, including a working knowledge and experience in CRM/Database management and Microsoft Office/365.
