Normal Hours:Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm with a one hour unpaid break every day.

Main Responsibilities Export Duties will include: Oversee bookings from clients and arrange export to global destinations Check rates/costs at time of booking receipt to ensure accuracy and place booking with the shipping partner Organise transport for Sea freight shipments as required Create quotation/booking and convert to shipment on Aramex Ops system for each export LCL/FCL Send booking confirmation to customer to confirm all ETD/ETA details on the booking Arrange customs export SAD and maintain files and adhere to quality systems as set out internally for Revenue regulations and AEO compliance Issue MBL/HBL for sea shipments and confirm SOB with carrier Arrange to scan documents and pre-alert destination agents on shipment arrivals from Ireland Finalise invoicing & costs with billing team Solve accounts queries in a timely manner by email or phone, fast turnaround is required Address all customer queries / communications within a good time frame Import Duties will include: Oversee FCL/LCL import consignments due into Ireland Confirm customs clearance handling requirements and set up customs entry for clearance, ensure client has a direct representation form on file with Aramex Dublin office before arranging any such clearance Calculate taxes and send the client the import entry to ensure payment is received in advance of clearance for duty/Vat costs outlay upon arrival Create quotation/booking and convert to shipment on Aramex system for each import LCL/FCL Verify free time period with the carriers to ensure pick up within the free time allowed Book haulier to collect & deliver finalise POD Finalise invoicing & costs with billing team Solve Accounts Queries in a timely manner by email or phone, fast turnaround is required Address all customer queries / communications within a good time frame Required skills and experience Candidate must have minimum 3 years experience in Sea Freight Operations Self-motivated with good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Ability to work to deadlines and handle a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
