Duties:
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and respond to customer emails, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and data within the company database, utilizing strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to provide information and resolve customer queries, meeting set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform other duties as required by the role, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing or customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• A genuine passion for customer service and problem-solving, with a desire to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications.
