**Job Description**
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior leadership across public and private tenders to drive strategic growth for the business. Your role will involve overseeing the entire bid process from initial stages to final tender submission.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage public and private tender processes.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to pinpoint target markets and assist in executing business growth strategies.
* Lead targeted lead generation efforts for specified client lists.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the bid team.
* Maintain and organize bid documentation and correspondence.
* Produce final bid submissions and related customer documentation.
**Requirements:**
* At least 3 years experience working as a bid specialist/admin or coordinator.
* A qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various team members.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
