We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an Assistant General Manager to join a vibrant and well-established restaurant in Cork, Killahora.
As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant, focusing on service excellence, staff training, and the overall guest experience.
You will support the General Manager in leading the team and ensuring the smooth running of both the bar and restaurant areas.
This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in all aspects of the business, from service and welcoming guests to overseeing the training of staff.

Key Duties:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards in both the bar and restaurant areas.
Provide leadership and support to the team, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Assist in staff training and development, focusing on service quality and guest satisfaction.
Welcome guests, manage reservations, and address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Work alongside the General Manager to ensure operational efficiency and meet business goals.
Assist with stock management, including ordering and inventory control.
The Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and guest service.
Ability to manage both bar and restaurant operations effectively.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Own transportation is required for this role.
Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
