We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef for our client's property in Co. Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes to meet the highest standards of presentation and consistency.
* Manage the breakfast service, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of meals to guests.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients as needed.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless handover for lunch service.
* Assist with additional prep work required for other meal services when necessary.
* Maintain all kitchen equipment in good working order and report any issues to the Head Chef.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within a high-end or luxury property.
* Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation techniques and ingredients.
* Ability to work efficiently and independently, with excellent time management skills.
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality meals.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as required.
