Senior environmental consultant

A Senior Environmental Consultant with over 8 years of experience is sought to join a multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy based in Munster. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Environmental Impact Assessments, regulatory compliance, and environmental planning.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the environmental components of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
* Provide expert guidance on environmental planning and regulatory matters.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into project designs.
* Prepare and review environmental documentation such as EIARs, EIA Screening Reports, and Construction Environmental Management Plans.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and authorities as needed to support project development.
* Represent the company at client meetings, public consultations, and regulatory hearings.
* Mentor and support junior team members.


Requirements

* Over 8 years of experience in environmental consultancy or a related field.
* Proven expertise in Environmental Impact Assessments, regulatory compliance, and environmental planning.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
