Core Duties Content Creation & Management Develop and produce high-quality video content, including reels, shorts, and posts for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Capture nightly social pictures Adapt content for multicultural audiences, ensuring relevance and inclusivity Design additional content such as flyers, ad creatives, and infographics to support marketing campaigns as needed. Trend Monitoring & Strategy Stay ahead of emerging trends on TikTok and Instagram, algorithm changes, and evolving best practices. Proactively suggest opportunities to integrate trends into content strategies and present fresh, creative ideas during weekly team meetings. Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and management teams to align campaign goals, messaging, and strategies with commercial objectives Provide feedback and insights to improve social media performance across all channels. Ongoing Performance Analysis, including monitoring content performance metrics to inform and refine strategies, and sharing growth statistics and success stories. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Preferred Bachelors degree (or higher) in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Graphic Design or similar. Required 3+ years of professional experience in social media content creation, specialising in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Proven track record of growing accounts and increasing engagement (please share your portfolio, campaigns, or growth statistics to wow us). In-depth understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, tools, algorithms, and audience behaviours. Exceptional video & photographic creation and editing skills, with expertise in creating scroll-stopping reels and short-form videos. A creative flair for storytelling, with the ability to tailor content to specific event/occasion needs Proactive and resourceful, with a natural talent for spotting and adapting emerging trends to our brands. Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
