Job Title: Seafood Production & Customer Service Supervisor
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Union Hall, West Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and package orders for sale, including pricing seafood items.
* Provide excellent customer service by updating chefs, clients, and customers on product availability and being friendly and helpful.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, cleaning and sanitizing the area and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with fish or meat is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
* Ability to follow instructions and use cutting tools safely.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements is essential.
