Head of HR Business Partnering
The Head of HR Business Partnering is a leadership role supporting senior and C-level leadership directly as a strategic partner, advisor, and change agent.
Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive and creative HR Business Partnering and initiatives to ensure that business objectives are developed, supported, and achieved.
* Work across the wider HR team to resolve complex and challenging problems through innovative and agile thinking.
* Coach and mentor the HR Business Partner team to ensure people initiatives are implemented and aligned to business strategy.
* Champion the organisational values and culture.
* Coach and develop business leaders.
* Identify business needs and lead organisational change initiatives.
* Foster a focus on the future of work.
* Deliver business and HR strategy through development of talent, workforce, and workplace solutions.
* Manage the industrial relations strategy.
* As a member of the HR Leadership team, proactively participate in the development and implementation of the HR strategic plan.
* Provide feedback to HR Operations and COEs on policies, processes, and programs.
* Create and drive the people strategy, along with metrics, for your area of responsibility, including performance management, talent identification and succession, org design, employee engagement & communications, learning & development gaps, and workforce planning.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge:
* Hons Degree in a Business or HR related discipline is essential.
* Proven ability in HR Business Partnering at team leader level, including hands-on experience of project and programme management.
* Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen and ability to translate into people strategy.
* Ability to build and foster relationships with business leaders.
* Influences decisions to produce positive business outcomes.
* Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrates consulting agility.
* Demonstrates ability to be a change leader.
* Ability to adapt to Emerging Trends.
* Strong experience in leadership coaching & ability to push strategy forward.
