Service Delivery Manager
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of an ongoing integration project, ensuring best-in-class standards from technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assurance throughout the transition to ensure high standards of delivery.
* Design and improve existing processes to ensure excellence in delivery.
* Ensure the highest standards of delivery in IT projects.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience in a service delivery related role.
* Knowledge of enterprise integration and new system/technology delivery.
* A strong eye for detail and ability to design/improve processes.
* Experience with assurance in IT projects.
Additional Information:
This is a 6-month contract with a possibility of extension based on client needs. The role is based in Belfast but may be flexible for an exceptional candidate.
