Civils Foreman A Civils Foreman is needed for a leading residential developer to oversee a major 3+ year housing project in West Dublin.
The role involves managing all civils and groundworks packages for this significant development, working with an established team.
Duties: Report directly to the Project Manager.
Ensure site operations meet company health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Review work packages to confirm all required details and permits are ready for safe, efficient execution.
Manage daily supervision, labour resources, plant, and material allocations, including progress reporting.
Conduct post-construction surveys and compile accurate data for As-Built records.
Engage proactively with the client, consultants, public, and other stakeholders.
Required: A third-level qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field is a plus but not mandatory; extensive groundworks experience is essential.
Proven supervisory experience in groundworks.
Training in locating underground services.
Certification in Signing, Lighting, and Guarding.
Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic team setting.
Valid full driving license.
Package: Salary range: €70,000 to €80,000.
