Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Model Manager to join our growing team.
This role involves providing BIM support, project setup, maintenance, and federation for users/projects across multiple application platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, etc.).
You will work on projects within the Pharma, Life Sciences, Mission Critical, and Food & Beverage sectors and have excellent opportunities for career advancement within our BIM Department.
Responsibilities:
1. BIM project set-up and support/admin for multi-discipline projects across multiple application platforms.
2. BIM integration/interoperability with internal design team members.
3. BIM integration/interoperability with external vendors.
4. Maintain BIM360 cloud models and reporting.
5. BIM software installations and support.
6. Coordination of 3rd party models.
7. Communicate across multiple discipline teams.
8. Ensure compliance of all documentation with internal and client procedures.
9. Co-ordinate activities of other project leads and modellers/detailers to maintain coordinated design approach and clash avoidance.
Qualifications:
* Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks essential.
* Experience in BIM360 Modules desirable but not essential.
* Administration and setup of Revit models essential.
* Excellent time management skills essential.
