Role Profile:As Branch Manager, you will report to the Area Manager and will be accountable for the commercial performance of the Windgap Branch and its impact on the communities it serves. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the branch including sales, resourcing, inventory management, merchandising, health & safety, and maintaining the retail excellence standards defined for the Agribusiness branch network. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the Business Managers in your area to drive cross-channel performance by delivering the highest standards of solutions and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:Developing future sales strategy for the site to ensure that operating profit is exceeded on an annual basisManaging the branch in line with set annual budgetsDeveloping customer relationships and providing superior customer serviceGrowing sales across all our product ranges in Agri and RetailManaging the day-to-day operations, people, and costsEnsuring efficient and timely stock managementEnsuring the branch presentation is to the highest retail standardsManaging all stakeholders including internal and external stakeholders, local advisory committees, etc.Adhering fully to all Tirlán policies, processes, and proceduresLiving the Tirlán Values on a daily basisKey Requirements:A professional qualification in Agriculture or a related discipline is desirableA strong and wide knowledge of all Agri sectorsAn understanding of retail standards and keen interest in this areaStrong knowledge of computer systems: SAP, EPOS, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask and consistently deliver high-quality work in a busy environmentExcellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritiseA friendly outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, and ambition to deliver beyond customers' expectationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and develop a teamExcellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to work on your own initiativeIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date resume.
