The Perfect Candidate
We are seeking a resilient and organised Assistant Events Manager with a passion for live experiences and an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
You must have a demonstrated history of working in events or hospitality, with the confidence to take the lead on the ground and the flexibility to adapt when plans change. Ideal candidates will have experience coordinating teams, managing logistics, and being the calm in the chaos of a live event.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, as the role involves direct contact with staff, clients, and vendors across a range of settings. A full driver’s license is required, and you should be comfortable with frequent travel across Ireland. This is a physical, hands-on role where you’ll be present from load-in to load-out, sleeves up, radio on, problem-solving in real time.
A genuine passion for hospitality is a must, as you’ll be working across events that are rooted in people, atmosphere, and service – from intimate activations to large-scale festivals.
