Our company, AirNav Ireland, is a commercial semi-state organization with approximately 600 employees across six locations in Ireland. Our primary function is to provide air traffic management and related services within the vast airspace under Irish control, spanning an impressive 451,000 km2.

Job Purpose: HR Executive
The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering a proactive, flexible, high-quality, and comprehensive HR service to all employees. Key responsibilities include managing the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisement, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure timely and successful hiring of qualified talent that contributes to our company's success.
* Candidate Sourcing: Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, such as job boards, social media, networking events, recruitment fairs, and when necessary, recruitment agencies, to build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with departments/divisions to understand precise job requirements and candidate profiles, demonstrating best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
* Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, communicating professionally and promptly to maintain engagement.
* Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory standards, including equal opportunity and diversity policies, and manage accurate records of all recruitment activities and documentation.
* HR Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and evaluate recruitment effectiveness and areas for improvement.
* Branding: Promote AirNav Ireland as an employer of choice through innovative campaigns and engagement with potential candidates, providing support to other areas of HR when required.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate should possess:
* A suitable 3rd-level qualification in Human Resource Management.
* At least five years of proven experience in recruitment/talent management.
* Experience in HRIS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* A strong working knowledge of Irish employment law and regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
* Resilience and the ability to handle dynamic recruitment challenges in a fast-paced regulated environment.
* A high level of integrity and confidentiality.
* A strong team orientation.
