Key Responsibilities:
* Service & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely response to daily service repair needs, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
* Installation & Maintenance: Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment on-site, and provide hands-on training to customers as needed.
* Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all inspections, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring that records are updated and submitted promptly.
* Parts Management: Manage the entire parts lifecycle, from ordering to installation and returns, while optimizing repair cycle times.
* Issue Tracking & Reports: Regularly review service logs to identify open issues and prepare detailed reports for customers as necessary.
* Sales Support & Revenue Generation: Engage in service sales opportunities, contributing to the promotion and implementation of revenue-enhancing programs.
* Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all tools and testing equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for use.
* Performance Analysis & Recommendations: Assess equipment performance using field data to recommend improvements or modifications for optimal operation.
* Technical Support & Collaboration: Provide technical assistance to customers and fellow service engineers when required. Work closely with senior FSEs and Product Specialists to stay updated on current technologies and solutions.
* Special Projects & Site Surveys: Participate in site surveys, pilot programs, and special projects. Attend meetings as required and prepare exclusive reports on project outcomes.
* Cost Control & Efficiency: Implement cost-saving measures and optimize operational efficiency wherever possible.
* Travel & Flexibility: Be prepared for travel, overtime, and flexible working hours, including weekends, to meet operational demands.
* Health, Safety, and Compliance: Adhere to and enforce company health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment.
* Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Maintain a high level of technical expertise on the company's products and adapt to changing technical requirements.
