Fehily Timoney and Company (FT) is one of Ireland's largest Irish owned consultants with centres of excellence in Sustainable Infrastructure, Circular Economy, Environment and Renewables.
Our team provides design and contract management services for infrastructure projects such as roads, greenways, active travel, bridgeworks, rail, solid waste facilities, renewable energy, drainage, water and wastewater treatment facilities, airports, tunnels and gas pipelines.
We are looking to recruit a Principal Project Manager-Highways to join our Sustainable Infrastructure team in either of our Cork, Dublin or Carlow offices.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience and will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary design teams, ensuring projects are delivered to the required timescales, quality and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and mentoring senior and junior staff within the Infrastructure sector
* Preparation of technical reports and tender documents
* Planning and managing design work, working closely with Engineering Discipline Leads and Technicians
* Ensuring compliance with our quality assurance and management systems and relevant health and safety legislation
The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and Chartered Engineer status, with extensive experience in the design and project management of highways, greenway and infrastructure schemes.
Requirements:
* 12 years post graduate experience in the design and project management of highways, greenway and infrastructure schemes, including delivering projects in Ireland
* Delivery of highway or greenway projects in accordance with TII Project Management Guidelines Phases 0 to 4
* Experience in the delivery of design and build projects
* Multi-disciplinary design management experience
