**Job Title:** Mechanical Site Manager
In this role, you will oversee various aspects of a project in conjunction with the project team. Key responsibilities include:
1. Project Start-Up: Coordinate the initial stages of the project.
2. Project Running Phase: Manage daily operations and ensure smooth progress.
3. People Safety: Prioritize the well-being and safety of site personnel.
4. Quality: Maintain high standards throughout the project.
5. CLOSE OUT ACTIVITIES: Oversee the completion and finalization of the project.
The ideal candidate will possess a recognized apprenticeship or trade certification coupled with extensive site management experience, preferably in managing large-scale mechanical design and build projects exceeding €5 million in commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data center sectors. Strong computer abilities are also essential.
A bachelor's degree is not required but relevant certifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, and environmental management would be beneficial.
