Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales/new business and account management targets as agreed with the Sales Manager.
* Develop and implement an integrated sales strategy to expand and develop the business in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
* Report in a timely manner as set out by Sales Manager using reporting structures and tools put in place.
* Manage sales process including projects through to achieve successful payment and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain professional customer relationships to improve the flow of communication, understanding and increase loyalty to the business.
* Provide detailed market analysis to support strategic business development.
* Manage the introduction of new customers into the business ensuring their effective handover to the various functions within the organization.
* Work closely with Projects & Service teams to ensure accurate specifications and capture of customer needs.
The Role Requires:
* Strong technical sales experience in capital equipment such as packaging, construction or agricultural equipment.
* Excellent relationship building and solutions sales skills.
* Knowledge of the food industry.
