**Hospital Pharmacist / Senior Community Pharmacist Role Summary**
We are currently seeking experienced pharmacists to fill Hospital Pharmacist and Senior Pharmacist positions. These roles offer a unique opportunity for community pharmacists to transition into hospital pharmacy or for existing hospital pharmacists to expand their experience in a cutting-edge digital clinical pharmacy setting.
**Job Description**
Our ideal candidate will have a background in community or hospital pharmacy, with a minimum of three years' experience. As a registered pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our advanced digital clinical pharmacy services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide expert pharmacy services in a busy hospital setting, utilizing the latest technologies to optimize patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
* Participate in rotational programs to gain expertise in various areas, such as dispensary based pharmacy, ward based pharmacy, aseptic compounding, clinical trials, clinical pharmacy, data analysis, informatics, smart pumps technology, electronic health records, and electronic prescribing systems.
**Requirements**
* Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or application in process.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in community pharmacy or hospital pharmacy.
