Role Purpose
We are currently recruiting Financial Consultants to join our Financial Wellbeing Team, servicing public sector clients.
Job Description:
Financial Consultants work alongside clients to determine their financial needs, assess potential savings and offer suitable financial products.
This is a target-driven role in a busy sales environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
Accountabilities:
1. Selling life policies and other financial services to public sector clients via Microsoft Teams.
2. Conducting comprehensive financial health checks to identify client needs and objectives.
3. Reaching or exceeding assigned sales targets while maintaining a high level of professional customer service.
4. Building quality relationships with clients by providing an efficient and specialised service.

Requirements:
* Ideal candidates will hold APA designation or full QFA qualification.
* Prior sales and customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.
* Previous experience within a financial institution is advantageous.
