Role overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our European marketing team in delivering effective digital campaigns and content strategies. This role requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to develop high-quality marketing materials. The successful candidate will play a key role in lead generation and audience engagement across digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
* Digital campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across social media and search platforms, optimising for engagement and conversion.
* Content development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling lead-generation materials and repurpose existing content for digital campaigns.
* Marketing automation: Utilize HubSpot to manage lead nurturing processes and campaign segmentation.
* SEO and website performance: Monitor website traffic, implement SEO best practices, and track key performance metrics.
* Data and reporting: Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Tableau to generate insights and improve campaign performance.
Candidate profile
We are looking for a candidate with a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking. A background in agriculture or animal nutrition is beneficial but not essential. More importantly, we value individuals who align with Alltech’s culture and demonstrate a proactive and results-driven approach.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or content creation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Experience in or understanding of the agriculture or animal nutrition industry.
* Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console).
* Knowledge of website CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal).
