About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Brand Development Manager to lead our client's brand portfolio in the catering and retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute localised marketing strategies, including on-site displays, signage, community engagement, partnerships, and traditional media campaigns.
* Shape and develop the company portfolio activation strategy from concept to site openings.
* Lead the activation planning process and brand application in physical environments.
* Work closely with mobilisation, operations, and culinary teams to align new business activations with customer voice and business objectives.
* Manage key suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
* Develop strong relationships across all levels of the business, stakeholders, and third parties.
* Manage day-to-day marketing operations, scheduling, planning, and delivering marketing function work as required.
* Mentor and oversee marketing team workload.
Ideal Candidate:
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience within retail, hospitality, or catering industry.
* Proven ability to launch new businesses in physical settings.
* Experience collaborating with architects, designers, and signage specialists.
