Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Fitter to work on long-term projects across various sites in County Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining plant and access equipment, as well as assisting with maintenance and repair tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Repair and maintain plant and access equipment
* Fabricate and weld metal components
* Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
* Assist fitters with maintenance and repair tasks on cargo handling plant
* Perform marine and safety-related duties
Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years of mechanical experience
* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hard hat, high-vis vest, and safety boots
* Transportation is advantageous
* Good understanding of English language
