Main Responsibilities:
* Care Manager Duties:
o Oversee carer on-boarding, rosters, training, development, and welfare with support from your Regional Manager and Support Office.
o Utilize One Touch Care Management software to monitor daily activities, emphasizing safeguarding and compliance.
o Collaborate with the Support Office on scheduling, client care, and HSE communication.
o Identify and manage training needs within your team, implementing a career development path aligned with HR strategy.
o Conduct and record Client Quality Assurance reviews in line with company and HSE standards.
* Qualifications:
o Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
