As a key member of our Marketing Team, your role will be to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions by executing innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels. You'll play a crucial role in helping Noloco grow its presence and reach new audiences through compelling content and campaigns.

We're looking to enhance our digital footprint by creating engaging content, optimizing our website for better SEO, leveraging social media content, and using organic and paid advertising channels to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our site.
Your Mission
Your primary mission will be to support and execute Noloco’s marketing initiatives across a variety of channels, from social media content creation to website updates, email campaigns, and event support. You’ll report to our Head of Growth, and collaborate with our Community & Education Lead, and Head of Partnerships to help drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Success means achieving significant growth in website traffic, improving conversion rates through targeted marketing campaigns, and enhancing overall brand visibility. This involves creating engaging content that resonates with our audience, optimizing our digital presence, and adapting quickly to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Becoming the first official member of our Marketing Team.
* Writing engaging short-form content for Ads, emails, and social media.
* Designing images and graphics to support website updates, marketing campaigns, and promotional efforts.
* Building and optimizing landing pages on our website.
* Assisting with the execution of our content editorial and social calendars.
* Assisting external consultants and agencies in implementing SEO strategies and other marketing initiatives.
* Supporting the organization and execution of live and online events (webinars, workshops, etc.).
* Helping us on every new type of marketing activity or channel we will decide to experiment with.
What Exactly You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)
* Create images, upload content, and publish new articles to our blog on Webflow.
* Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.
* Draft and schedule our monthly newsletters and other email communications using HubSpot.
* Build and implement ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more, including the landing page creation.
* Update the website to improve internal linking, SEO positioning, and overall performance.
* Help the team with the webinar and live events organization.
Who You Are
* 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
* Proven experience with Webflow or similar website builders required.
* Familiarity with marketing stack, like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, and more.
* Experience with social media, image creation, and copywriting.
* A fast learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to try new things.
* Experience working in a fully remote environment.
* Fluent, and very comfortable writing in English.
* Not required but a plus: Experience in SaaS business is appreciated.
* Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
What Does Success Look Like?
* 3 Months: You’ve successfully taken ownership of our social media calendar and blog content uploads.
* 6 Months: You’re also running our Ad campaigns, Monthly newsletter, and growing our website traffic.
* 12 Months: You’ve contributed to a more robust marketing strategy, helping drive measurable growth in brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation, and suggested ideas or participated actively in the definition of what to try.
Opportunities for Growth & Progression
As Noloco grows, the team will grow too, and this role could evolve into a Senior Digital Marketing position or similar, with opportunities to expand your ownership or become more focused on a specific area of the marketing landscape. Where Will You Work?
Noloco is a remote-first company, although the current team is primarily based in Dublin & Barcelona. Those locations would be preferable, but we put a lot of effort into making our remote culture work and meet up in person from time to time to help everyone get to know each other.
