The purpose of this role is to provide support to the wider Reward Team across a wide range of reward activities including global mobility, pensions, risk benefits and private medical insurance. Manage a number of key compensation and benefits processes including annual review cycles and job architecture projects. Manage the data submissions for annual surveys and ad-hoc reports. Responsible for providing current job pricing and benefit information to the business. Supporting specific Business Units and managing the relationship with HRBPs and Senior Management Ensuring our Reward principles are upheld in day-to-day activities. Supporting the implementation of reward programmes from strategy through to implementation Developing strong working relationships with other Centres of Expertise, including Talent Acquisition, Organisational Capability and Employee Relations Engaging with our HR Service Delivery and Shared Service colleagues to provide great service to our employees. Liaison with multiple external third-party vendors and managing them as appropriate. Drafting and enforcing SLAs Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline internal processes. Bringing reward expertise to business projects and initiatives Analysing data and reports to answer queries, provide further insights. Exposure to reward in multiple jurisdictions preferable Previous experience of a variety of reward activities, including job evaluations, annual pay cycles and employee benefits Experience of job evaluation methodologies required. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail combined with a high degree of accuracy.
