This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established, high growth company.
The role is part-time with the successful candidate working three days per week and one weekend a month.Job Location: Macroom, Cork, Ireland Responsibilities:Deliver decontaminated equipment and collect contaminated equipment from customer locations.
Some degree of flexibility may be required as you may be required to work in a variety of locations as and when work demands.Instruct clients on use of equipment as per Service Level Agreements per area.
O'Flynn Medical have Service Level Agreements in place across hospital groups and you are responsible for ensuring these service levels are metPerform all tasks in a timely manner ensuring all deadlines are met.Handle all medical equipment with appropriate care on both delivery and collection.Loading the van to match the order of drop off points on the delivery route.Collecting signatures on delivery and collection from clients.Maintain the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle & keep cleaning up to date.Ensure vehicle is roadworthy and is good condition on a daily basis using the fleet management app.Know the KPIs and service levels required for customers in your area.Know specific hospital policies and procedures and other contracts as may be required.Conduct rental audits at customer locations as required.Ensure all deliveries and collections are scanned and recorded on the RGC system.Rotations in client homes and hospitals.Key Competencies: Ability to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.Maintain an attitude and commitment to providing an excellent service to all customers.Capacity to work in a pressurised environment.Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloadExcellent time management skillsGood problem analysis and problem-solving skillsAdaptable and willing to work on own initiative.Ability to work effectively with other departments and utilise a team approach to accomplish goals.Ability to route plan to ensure best efficiency of time/routes achieved at all times.Flexible approach to all areas of the role assigned by management.Effective communication skills within all areas of the roleThe successful candidate will have:Minimum of 1 years' experience driving.Full, clean, valid driving LicenseDrivers need to demonstrate excellent driving skills and road safety awareness.Ability to work unsupervised whilst delivering a high-quality service.Manual Handling training is preferable but not essential.Personal appearance and company uniform to be always kept at a high standard.All Staff will require to pass Garda Vetting prior to appointment.Computer literate but in-house training will be provided.Flexibility required for overnight stays.Who exceeds in this role?Top performers would have: Capacity to work in a pressurised environment.Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritize workload, with an ability to route planExcellent time management skillsGood problem analysis and problem-solving skillsAdaptable and willing to work on own initiative.Ability to work effectively with other departments and utilise a team approach to accomplish goals What are some of the benefits of working at O'Flynn Medical, a Healthcare 21 Group Company?Lunch allowanceEmployee Assistance ProgramPensionLife assurance Educational AssistanceHC21 training academyEnhanced annual and life leave Engagement initiatives Supportive colleagues to learn from and enjoy company social outings, parties, and events We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
